No frills. Just the good stuff. Buffalo Quarters started with a simple idea: do wings and burgers properly, pour cold drinks, put every game on, and give people a reason to stay.

We make 18 sauces and rubs in our own kitchen, from Honey BBQ to Triple Hot. Wings are spun to order, bone-in or boneless. Burgers are hand-smashed on the flat-top and stacked on a challah bun. Nothing fancy. Just done right.
